Refund policy
We inspect every item before they are shipped to ensure that you receive them in the perfect condition. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange or store credit as we do not offer cash refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, not customized, unwashed, uncolored, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please, do not wear makeup or use styling products when trying products on or before sending them back. We also implore that you test wigs with wig caps. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange request, kindly contact us at Hairffiliation@gmail.com within 3 days. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a message, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly send the parcel back within 7 days after we give you a return address (the delivery cost will be borne by you, except otherwise stated). Please, note that the store credit will not include the delivery fee. You may also need to pay a $10.00 handling fee for an exchange.
To cancel or modify an order immediately after it was placed, kindly send us an email at Hairffiliation@gmail.com with your order details not more than 2 hours after placing the order. If your modification costs more than your initial order, you will be required to pay the difference. For a successfully cancelled order, 10% of the order value will be deducted from your refund to cover for costs incurred.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly send an email to Hairffiliation@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards. In the event that you want to exchange a sale or discounted item, the full price of the new item will be charged and the difference will be paid by you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and arrange for an exchange. The extra delivery cost will be borne by the customer. You may also need to pay a $10.00 handling fee for an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund (store credit) was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given the cost of the item(s) as store credit to use at any time. Some items will not get store credits, this is based on our discretion. Please note that refunds (store credit) will be based on the cost of the product. We will not return the shipping fee. You may also need to pay a $10.00 handling fee for an exchange.
