Shipping policy

We ship within North America and the United Kingdom and our processing time for orders in stock is 1-3 working days. Delivery takes between 1-15 business days depending on your location and shipping choice. We will inform you when your order has been shipped with tracking details (where applicable).

We offer free shipping on orders that are $350 and above.

Please note that we would not be held liable for any shipping delays from our logistics partners as we have no control over that. Kindly ensure that your shipping details are accurate.  Pickup is available in Ottawa, Canada.
